  1. Make sure they arent 100% full.

Make sure they have been opened before and oxygen has been let in.

Make sure you have them in a plastic bag in case it does happen.

And remember you are only allowed 1-2 ounces of any liquid.

    Have fun!

  2. my tip - don't worry about explosions. they're unlikely - and chances are with your luggage getting transported around, they might not stay totally upside down or anything  like that. make sure the containers aren't all-the-way full, about an empty inch or so, so as not to create to much pressure. then ZIPLOC them!!!!! or even, double ziploc them. and make sure not to put to things like say contact solution and shampoo together. if the shampoo is in it's own bag and explodes, you might be able to salvage it. but if it mixes w/something else, then there's no way to salvage it.

and don't overstress or anything. chances are nothing will explode. a group of maybe 16 or so of us went on a missions trip last summer,a nd i don't remember anything except a jelly cracking.

  3. Dear ms. sdyney, liquid such like 'contact lens solution' will not explode . As for the bath products, I would suggest that u check them in.(To avoid leakage, sealed them with scotch and double plasticbag so that just in case it's leaks, it will not stained yr clothes. 'cause most of them come in big bulk. There is only 'unixsex' toilet inside the plane so no point ,carry so much heavy items with u.

Trust me, I used to carried them and I don't need to up them upside down.

Limited toiletries is allowed wherever u go except:-

most countries allowance is as follows:-

10 x 100ml (max. 1 litre) per transparent ziplock bag.

If u're so worried about yr 'mirror' , handcarry it to the plane,

pls doublecheck with the check grdstaff , should not be any problem. If u really need to check in, I would suggest that u used 'bubble rap' , wrap it tightly and secured with softcludded clothes. last but not least, asked a 'FRAGILE'

tag from the groundstaff . stick it to the luggage that u've fragile or breakable item. but no guarantee.
