Question about how to run my fantasy football keeper league?

This is the second year of the keeper league (everyone had to pick two keepers and two redshirt freshman last summer they would keep for this year), I took over running it from last year's commishioner. Of the 16 coaches (its a college league), only 10 came back.

So here's the question. I have six groups of four players, that the six new coaches would take over. But since they didn't get to pick any of these players, should I let them drop those players and pick up extra ones at the end of the draft, or force them to keep these four players as part of their team?

  1. league vote

  2. Our league mandates that the new managers must assume the franchises "as is" keepers and all.

The one major difference is that we have only one keeper, and the impact is less profound.

A league vote is fair, or you dictate the terms and they have to live with them.

That's tough losing that many in one league over a season.
