Question about hymens?

Up until now, ive heard they are halfway up your v****a and get broken during s*x

Now ive done some research and find out its on the outside and doesnt always get broken

So can someone please explain it to me, and how much pain is involved?!!

they are at the very opening of your v****a. and no most of the time there is no pain involved when the hymen breaks. because it has no nerve endings in it which means no feeling. the hymen can break from many different things like bike or horsebackriding. sports or exercising. getting hit there or falling and hitting there. using tampons and masturbation. and of course s*x

but sometimes girls have a really stretchy strong hymen so it doesnt break. other times girls have a thick one. and also some girls are born without.
