Question about iTunes account...?

If I have an iTunes account and I downloaded a bunch of music on a computer, and that computer crashes and I get a new one, can I get back the music that I downloaded on my new computer?

Yes, of course. You already paid for it, it is yours.  You just need to authorize the new computer.
