Question about immigration sponsorship?

i want to nominate myself as a sponsor for my cousin who is a Filipino citizen (single never married, no children. electrical engineering degree) living in the Philippines to move to the USA to work and to eventually apply for a resident alien green card. what forms are needed and what are the requirements for myself and him?

Unless you are hiring him as an employee in your business, you CANNOT sponsor him because you are NOT part of his immediate family. (you are not his sibling, his parent or his child).

he will have to apply as a skilled worker on his own.

You cannot sponsor this person as you are not an immediate relative.  Your cousin will have to apply on his/her own.
