Question about installing electrical circuit in shed?

we had an electrician run 12 guage wire from a panel in our garage, through conduit to our shed. he stopped there so that we could do the wiring (we want to learn), and then siad he will inspect it after. how would i go about wiring it so i could have 2 lights (with seperate switches), and a receptacle with 4 outlets?

Mount a double gang switch box near the door. Normal height is 48 inches above the floor to the top of box. Run the supply wire in box, set rec boxes as desired and go from switch box in the closest rec box, go from there to the other rec boxes. (1 line in and 1 out). Attach your black rec wire on the side with brass colored screws, the white on the silver screws, the bare to the green on bottom of rec. Now that all receptacles are in place, go back to switches.

Twist the black power in and the rec black together and add two single pieces of black about 8inches long. Then use a wire nut to isolate the black wires. (4 in all)

With the remaining black pigtails, attach 1 to each switch on the bottom brass s***w. To each light, run wire to each location of lights. Connect all white wires together in switch box (6 in all). With the 2 black wires going to the lights, attach them to each of the switches on the remaining brass colored screws.

For the bare wires, they must be twisted together in each box leaving 1 wire longer than the others to attach to the green screws on receptacles. Twist all bare wires in switch box together and also to each green s***w on each switch.

s***w in light bulbs, and turn breaker on!

Wiring is a life and death thing not a hobby if you want to learn get a part time job as an electrical helper/apprentice

did you notice fireman ignored all the safety rules

IT IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL FOR AN ELECTRICIAN TO PULL A PERMIT AND LET YOU DO THE WORK

THE TERM FOR IS PROSTITUTING YOU LICENSE WITH OUT EXCEPTION ELECTRICIANS CAUGHT DOING LOOSE THE LICENSE  

when you pull a permit you sign your name and VERIFY you are doing the work, it is fraud to do it any other way, if no permit was pulled that is worse
