Question about insurance and taxes...

So I'm trying to fill out this worksheet to get insurance. And there's this part part that wants to know about taxes and gross income. Followed are a list of questions I'm supposed to answer and I don't really understand what they're asking. For example,

Public Assistance received--i don't think i get any public assistance...

Interest dividends received--don't get what they mean

Rental income received--again, don't get it

Retirement/Pension Received--I'm only 20...

And that's it. If someone could go thru each of those questions and explain to me what they're asking, that would help a ton! Thanks!

Rental income: Do you make any income from rental properties? If you don't, answer NO or ZERO

    Retirement/pension: Same thing.
