will it cost me extra if someone calls me on my cell phone using a skype phone on their computer from europe?

i think you won't extra money because your friend call you ,if you make phone call you will extra money ,it is will be expensive ,i never allow someone make international calling

You only get charged airtime.

Depends on your cell phone contract package.  Doesn't matter if person is calling from Skype or a landline.

What ever it costs you to receive a local call on your cell, is what it will cost you to receive a call from a Skype caller.
