Question about ipod plz help

I'm having trouble getting songs on my ipod. All the songs are on the itunes library, but they wont transfer to ipod. If you know what i could do, please tell me I appreciate it thx=]

Check your settings, you may have it on "sync" mode. If you are trying to individually transfer songs on and off of your ipod, it will not work. If you change the settings (click on the tab that says music, not the little ipod icon that says music on the side) to manually manage songs and music, then you can take on and off songs one at a time.

well a little more information would help. like why isnt it syncing? is it saying that there's an error?
