Question about joining the army

I am a permanent resident in USA I live in PA, would I be accepted, if I want to enroll in the army?

  1. You need to go talk to a recruiter :-)

    You would also need to be physically & mentally qualfied and you'll have to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) to make sure you're qualified.


  2. You would need to take a test first. Just because your a resident of PA doesn't make you accepted. An apptitude test must be done first to see if they would accept you, then they would tell you which areas you would qualify if you pass. Then there is the medical exam and your medical history.

    Go talk to a recruiting officer with all your question.
