Question about highschool junior varsity volleyball

do they practice everyday ?

&

do they play against other highschool teams?

yes, you compete against other teams just like varsity. the only difference between jv and varsity is that jv doesn't play in the state tournament and most teams practice every day with some exceptions of course. it just depends on your coach

Just depends on your school or club; some do, some don't. As for the other question, usually no, but again, it depends on your situation

my jv team practices 6 times a week, and we play about 8 other schools

Ok, as of now, we have practices everyday except for sunday and no practice labor day weekend. When skool start we have practice everyday 2 hours after skool no practice weekends...We play against other highschool teams (scrimmages &games) once or twice a week im not relly 2 sure. The diff. between jv and v is that varsity has more games and practice moree..like wayy more...its more for ppl who play volleyball really well. Jv AND V ALSO dont go to the same tournaments but they attend each others games...like 4 my skool (away) varsity plays the other h.s.'s varsity then our jv plays the other h.s.'s jv....we watch each otherrss games

Yes you do play other teams and practice everyday unless your school is different or says otherwise. Hope this helps and good luck!
