When I started jogging it was truly jogging, not a whole lot faster than running. I think my average pace was around 4.7min/km. Now that I am in better shape ( and not smoking anymore, yay!), I seem to be running faster rather than running longer. Average pace now is 8.5mins/km. I've been trying to slow myself down bt then I lose it and start running faster again. Any suggestions on how to slow down my pace so I can build my endurance better?
