The kitten is being cared for a vet. She is on Clavamox because she has an infection. She is discharging mucus/blood so the vet thinks she might be miscarrying. She is waiting on results from a blood test. Does anyone have experience with this? She's in to be spayed. She's at least 6 months old as she has all of her adult teeth.

  1. It is possible that she has a pyometra which is an infected uterus. The normal treatment for that condition is to spay the cat right away. It is possible but not likely that she is pregnant or has been through a heat if she is only 6 months old.
