Question about labor signs? ?

Im 39wks today and i just started having real bad back pain and contractions i also started having really bad diarrhea "sorry tmi" and lower pressure... has anyone experienced the whole diarrhea thingy and it was a labor sign? i didnt eat anything that would cause my stomach to be upset like this at all... should i call my dr.?

oh yeah you get diareah when you are  going into labor that way your body naturally cleans itself out because when the  baby comes out you wont p**p yourself. you should time them and when they get to be 3 to 5 minutes apart and they hurt then call your doctor and go to the hospital
