Question about lawn sprinklers; which is best?

We have a pretty small yard. It has the sidewalk in front and one coming up to our door, so we usually move the sprinkler to one side after the other side. Which kind of sprinkler do you think is the most efficient?

Oscillating sprinklers are good for small yards. Soaker hoses are good for shrub areas. (Soaker hoses are ribbon hoses with perforated holes.)

Gilmour Oscillating sprinklers.  The Oscillating sprinklers are more easier to control than the ones that go in circles.
