Question about leopard gecko food.?

I just purchased freeze dried mealworms for my leopard gecko today, and i was wondering if i need to add vitamins/and/or calcium powder to it, thanks.

That depends on whether or not you add calcium powder to his other food.  Mealworms should only be offered every so often..not as the main diet.  If you add powder to his other food, then you won't need to powder the mealworms.  You also might find that your gecko won't eat them...geckos hunt by movement, so in their minds, if it doesn't move, it isn't food!!  When I run out of live food, I sometimes feed my geckos the freeze dried ones too..I just pick them up with tweezers and wiggle them around in front of the gecko to trick them into thinking it's alive.
