Question about light and roses.

Is it okay to give roses sunlight between a clear, thick window? or do i have to open the window?

  1. If you are refering to miniature roses you can keep them inside, if you are talking about regurlar roses, they are better off outside.

    You can leave them in a sunny window with it closed.

    Light Exposure

    Roses like bright light. Although they enjoy full sun in the landscape, that level of sunlight would dry them out too quickly in their container. If you plan to place them in full sun, you can plant them in the garden or transplant them in a larger container to minimize water needs. If you plan to leave them in their original container, the ideal location is one that offers primarily morning sun or filtered light throughout the day. This will provide the correct level of light without drying the plant out too quickly. If it is fall or winter in your region, place the roses in a bright sunny window indoors or another bright location.


  2. not really sure but I think u should open the window so that the light could hit it

    my mom has roses that she grows outside and roses are always beautiful which is pretty much y I think u should leave the window open since it grown outside where theres always light hitting it when its daytime
