wen u do the light as a feather stiff as a board,are u supposed 2 touch the person in the middle?becuz 1 time my frend said that she wasnt even being touched and she rised...so plz tell me!

  1. Only if there are enough people to do so. You are supposed to do the upper arms and the calfs of the legs,  then anywhere else.


  2. Yeah! The point is that everyone lifting you up at the same time makes lifting that person feel extremely easy, "light as a feather".
