Question:

Question about lilies?

I planted several bulbs pretty late in the season (June). I have zero experience with growing lilies or any other flowers. One actually ended up blooming, though I subsequently killed it. My question is... what do I do now?! Can I re-plant the bulbs at the appropriate time and have some flowers next year? Or is it just a lost cause and I should start over?

  1. you are ok, do not remove the bulbs at all, because next year in the spring they will come up at the proper time and do very well.

  2. Yes, he's right! They bloom then fade away for the season until next year. You have nothing to worry about..
