Question about long distance on my landline?

Is it true that on a landline my company for my home phone service is Cox Communications that its 100 percent free when someone calls me from Europe it only cost money when i call them ? I live in the United States

that acutaly depends on what ttype of service package you have, call cox and ask them how far you can call buti do not believe that international calls with anyone are free unless you have an intenrnational package and then you still may need to pay call cox they will give you the specific on your calling package and charges over seas
