Yes, you can call anywhere AT&T (the carrier MJ uses for int'l calls) services internationally .  It works by purchasing credit ahead of time, like a pay as you go plan.  Each country has its own rate, which is listed here:

i have magic jack!! :) its cool .and yes i recently see this ad that keeps popping up that we can make international calls now
