Question about making videos for youtube?

I want to use a video from this site, to edit, add music, and add to youtube... but how do I save these videos (if it's possible)....

If you go to the website using internet explorer you can go to tools>internet options>general and go to navigation history and then click parameters then choose "show files" or something like that it'll open a page with lots of files, you want to go down to the bottom and copy the third bottom file.

Past it on your desktop and then get a video converter (i use dvd video soft for free) and choose convert video to youtube format and go through that and then you have a video ready to be uploaded to youtube.
