Question about measuring body fat please help?

When you measure your waist, do you do it by your pant size since male pant sizes are in inches, or do you measure with a tape measurer / cloth measurer?

well have you ever used those measure that they use for sewing?it's like 5 feet long and made of a bendable plastic stuff.That's what i use when i measure my bodyfat% just measure your waist with the measure!

You need to do it with a tape measure.

Get your BMI (Body Mass Index), I believe  you divide your weight by your height and if you're above 50 than that means your a little overweight and if your 50 or below than you're doing fine. :)
