  1. I meditate in several different ways. One way is I sit quietly in a classic meditation pose and concentrate on my breathing. Then I "talk" to my body in a way. I ask it if there are any problems and deal with any that may come up. I do this to get to know myself. To stay on top of my problems, and let go of things I no longer need. I also meditate in bed, before I sleep, and after I wake up. I meditate by drinking hot tea, it helps me think. I meditate to stay aware of things in my life and how my body is working. I believe everything happens for a reason so I pay attention and reflect on little things that might have a deeper meaning. I also need just to sit still and be quiet once in a while. It helps me to stay calm and stress free. I hope that helps, and good luck!
