  1. 31g = .31cg

  2. You'll have to use the following as the question isn't clear.

    1mg = 1/1000th of a gram. 2,000mg / 1,000mg/g = 2g.

    1cg (centigram) = 1/100th of a gram. 2,931cg / 100 = 29.31g.

    31g x 100cg/g = 3,100cg.

Giving a possible answer to your question of ...

    2g + 29.31g = 31g and 31cg.

  3. not clear, you have 3 numbers, which do you want converted and to what.

    da (deca) = x10

    k (kilo) = x1000

    M (Mega) = x1000000

    G (Giga) = x1000000000

    T (Tera) = x1000000000000

    d (deci) = /10

    c (cent) = /100

    m (milli) = /1000

    µ (micro) = /1000000

    n (nano) = /1000000000

    p (pico) = /1000000000000

  4. 1 mg = 1/1000 g = 0.001 g

    1 cg = 1/100 g = 0.01 g

    2,000 mg + 2,931 cg = 2,000 mg + (2,900 cg + 31 cg) = (2 g + 29 g) + 31 cg = 31 g + 31 cg.

So fill in the blank: 31 cg
