does drinking to much milk make you gain weight? like 2-3 resonabily sized glasses a day

  1. drink low fat or skim milk and that will not be an issue, milk can even help in weight loss.

  3. considering skim milk only has about 120 calories and 8g of protein per 8oz, its relatively healthy.  it does have added sugar though, but as long as you dont overdo it other places, you shouldnt gain any weight.
