Question about mitosis/meiosis?

I think the answer is meiosis 2, but I'm not sure how to explain it in terms of haploid or diploid number...click here!

  1. Yes, that picture is anaphase of Meiosis II. If it was Meiosis I, there would be two chromosomes attached to each spindle fiber. Each new cell created in that picture will be haploid, which is the end result of Meiosis II.
