what happens when character's energy goes to 0? and how to recover it

You lose energy whenever you lose a fight. When your energy level goes down to 0, you become a statue.  Either a priest of your alignment (bonta or brakmar, or if you are neutral any priest can do it) can resurrect you or you can choose to "free your soul" and you turn into a ghost and must walk to the nearest Phoenix statue where you will be resurrected.   You can find a statue by looking at the map and they are marked with red flags.

When you are resurrected you get 1000 energy back.  To get more you can use energy potions.
