  1. no vehicle can park in yellow zone it is for unloading such as handicapped

  2. I clearly remember the yellow zone in the movie Flying High 1.

It caused a lot of problem between the just divorced female and male welcoming announcements.  Yet I suspect your not talking about an airport here so will ignore the very good advice as given in the above mentioned movie.

You can't park between cars as you describe.

The parking spaces are marked on the road.  The size allows room for the vehicle to move in and out plus for people to walk between cars and load things into the boot.  So parking in this area obstructs other peoples access to their cars and crossing the road.

While no one here on line can know every piece of legislation for every city so expecting a water tight one is not reasonable.

I suspect its a tolerated practice.  There would be some long forgotten requirement that says its wrong.  As an example.

You must park parallel to the kerb.    Yet as you know us motorcycle riders normally do it at an angle.

  3. i'm afraid you're mistaken... yellow zone means no parking.  you may have seen bikes in them before, doesn't make it legit

  4. They can park there... but risk the possibly of getting a ticket or having their bike towed.
