Question about mouse?

Question

I have a cage of male mice, and they fight sometimes. Today, I was going to feed them, and I noticed one of them has both of his front legs swelling up. How do I treat him? I can't go to the vet. Anything I can do except get up the money to euthanize him humanely?

euthanize him  is the best way .keep out the mean one in a other cage

i dont have an answer for your actual question, but i do have some advise:

next time, dont get males, because they can get territoreal, and will sometimes fight to the death.

Separate them... It might heal on its own... Just put them in separate cages.. If they are males they will fight the olderthey get... and maybe kill eeach other so separate them... And i Hope he heals. Good LUCK!
