Question about moving?

Okay, so, heres my problem:

I live in Ireland atm, I used to live in england till I was 7, I've moved 3 times around England, and twice while in Ireland.

I'm 14 now, but my parents are looking at moving to Canada, I really really dont want to move, especially not now, I've made some really awesome friends, and I'm really into school atm, with exams next year and stuff, I'm not sure when they are on about moving, but they have been talking about it for a few years now, and recently since we came back from vacation in Florida, they are dead set on moving.

My question, is, would it be possible, for me to move in with my aunt (also my godmother), she lives in England, where i used to live, but it is much closer to my friends in both Ireland and England.

Is it legally like possible?

[A note: Sorry if this is in the wrong category, please dont tell me it is, if it is, I'm sorry, but i just need answers =/]

  1. Canada and Florida are very, very different environments as well as different countries!  Why do your parents move so much -- job transfers?  Can't seem to make it anywhere?  Or what?

And how can they move to Canada?  What is their citizenship?  And what immigration status are they planning on to make a move to Canada.  Canada immigration is backlogged by about 4 years.  Even if they are accepted, it will take time before they can go.

You are at a point in your schooling where moving is a bad idea.  It is not easy now to complete graduation requirements and do everything you need to do to get into a good college.

It is time to have a serious talk with your parents about your need to finish high school graduation requirements in one school system.  They would be jeopardizing college and your future career to move at this point.  It would be best to stay in one place until you finish high school.  They can move after you start college.  Forget whining.  Forget about "missing your friends."  Not so hot arguments.  Be serious -- there are much more important issues to address right now.
