Question:

Question about moving violations and loss of license in the state of Massachusetts?

I took the driving course for too many moving violations in 2004. I received a speeding ticket in Jan of 2008 and I just received a citation for passing on a double yellow line. Before these two the last moving violation I received was in

Fed of 2004. So all together in the past 4 years I have received 2 and in 2004 I received 2. The others were 5 years or older. What does this mean? Will I loose my license?

How long does it take for your moving violations to be cleared?

  1. You're not going to get rich going down the path you're on.  You missed a question...Like...how's this going to affect my insurance?

You may not be able to get insurance.  If you're not, you could be assigned to Massachusett's high risk driver pool which will cost another fortune to get out of.

Listed below are the penalties for traffic offenses.  They were taken off a chart which you can read a lot better by clicking on the link.
