Can anyone tell me by reading the info in this link www.overstock.com/.../2494306/product.ht... if my mp3 can have pictures on it or not?

No videos or photos, why not try an iPod Nano?

No you can't transfer pics onto it. Mp3  is just a format, as in cd or dvd they are formats. That specific player can only play music files (mp3)

it only has mp3 playback which is the ability to listen to music on it.
