Question about my VCR.?

Hi. I don't go to theaters to watch movies and don't rent them either. The prices for both are outlandish and they are shown on television for free. Recently, though, I bought a JVC top-loading VCR for $5 at a yard sale. I kept my eye out for bargains and I just bought over 1000 movies on VHS tape for 25¢ each. NOw I have a great library of films that will take me years to watch. But my VCR has been giving me some trouble. So here's my question:

How do I get the clock at the front to stop blinking "12:00"?

Detailed instructions preferred, thanks.

  1. get the tuner to it

  2. Your best bet is to search for instructions for your model on the net.  All manufacturers have different ways to do things.

  3. Ok...get rid of the VCR. wake up it's the 21st century

  4. look at the make of your vcr and search on google for instructions

  5. you might want to see if theres a clock button on there and set the clock or you can turn of the vcr and turn it off and  see if its there

  6. I own a JVC, and might be able to help you, but I need to ask, what is the exact model of your JVC?

  7. Not only did you just now buy a VCR, but you bought one of the ancient top-loaders... and then bought $250.00 worth of cassettes after complaining about rental costs, AND you don't know how to set a clock?

Somehow I think you are joking with us.
