  1. useful things

    - jumpsuits.

    - baby wipes

    - singlets

    - soaps, shampoo ect..

  2. A front pack is very useful

I got way to many clothes items which she grew out of way to fast

you can never have to many cotton wraps- great for swaddling, bassinet sheets, burping cloths etc

  3. ahhh, remember to get a ducky. every babies likes ducky.

Babies dont used s*x toys and condoms at their age.so, hope this helps~

  4. I did not like the Diaper Genie.  Register for diapers, baby monitor, child proofing items, and the essentials (stroller, crib, bedding, etc)!  One thing I WISH I had registered for....a high end thermometer!!!

  5. Well, the most useful thing I received was DIAPERS!  You can never have too many...especially after having our second daughter...I had everything I needed stored from our first baby so second time around I was glad I received a lot of diapers!

  6. Good:

--travel system (coordinating stroller and car-seat)

--backseat mirror (awesome being able to see the baby's face while you drive)

--Car-seat cover (similar to this but mine was a lot cheaper: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp...   Very handly in cold months)

--toys are always great.  You don't realize how soon you'll need them and they can be pretty expensive.

--Breastpump:  This one is awesome!  Doesn't hurt at all like other pumps do, and it's a lot easier to "let down" with this one:  http://www.target.com/Playtex-Embrace-Pe...

    Didn't use/need:

--bibs (People seem to love giving these.  I got TONS at my shower)

--baby monitor (We leave our doors open and hear our daughter just fine)

--Wipes warmer.  My daughter never complained about "cold" wipes

--diaper stackers (totally pointless, just something to refill.  We just stuck the diapers in the cupboard on bottom of changing table)

--baby robes/towels.  We never used these, and baby towels just aren't as absorbant.

--bath seat like this one: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp...  My daughter had trouble staying in it and it was harder to wash her.

    Congrats!

  7. My daughter cant live without her mobile.  She has a Fisher Price Rainforest mobile.  Also her Rainforest swing she loves.  Also a breathable bumper is great.  Once my duaghter started to roll around we did not want her bumper in there, but she would get her arms stuck in the crib.  We got her a breathable mesh one from Babies R Us.

  8. Baby monitors for when baby moves to her own room. The video ones are GREAT!

Baby night gowns!! I LOVED these when mine was needing to be changed in the middle of the night. No snaps or buttons or zippers! I will buy them for every pregnant woman I know for the rest of my life!!

  9. Hi there,

My son loved his bouncy chair right away, and still does, so I'd put that on there.  Then the basics (bottles, high chair, car seat etc).   He liked the swaddling blankets when he was little too, so you might want to put that on there.   I wouldn't register for many onesies - people bought a ton of those for us, or blankets - people made a ton.  He'll have blankets to cuddle up in until he's 60!  Good luck =)

  10. Bouncy Seat

    Swing

    Car Seat (infant)

Stroller (or travel system, whichever you prefer)

    High Chair

Diapers (pampers swaddlers/cruisers...I think they are the best!)

    Wipes (pampers sensitive)

    Bath Tub

    Baby towels

Baby safety kit (usually comes with thermometer, mouth care stuff, files and clippers for nails, medicine syringes...etc.)

Boppy...especially if you choose to breastfeed, but good even if you don't

excersaucer (there is a great one that the baby can move around the outside of)

Play mat (has toys on top to look at/ play with)

    Bassinet

Pack and Play (I use the pack and play for the living room, daytime naps and changing)

Monitor (I have the Angel Monitor, with movement sensor...I sleep comfortably with it!)

You should also register for bedding and room decor

You can also register for furniture

I got all of the above at my baby shower...plus plenty of clothes and baby toiletries...If I think of anything else, I will add it on later!
