Question about my credit report whre do i get a phone #?

where do i find a phone # in i can speak to a live person i have 2 collections on my report and need to get a phone # to the agencies so i can take care of these bills i do not have any idea who sent me to collections and on my report there is no phone # how do i find them ? Please help thanks

If your credit report is from Trans Union, there should be a reference # on the top right hand side. Call their customer service # toll free @ 1-800-916-8800, then type in the reference #. That should transfer you to a live person

The phone numbers should be on your credit report.  If not, the agency should be.  If you go to www.freecreditreport.com (if you haven't already), a lot of the credit reported has the phone numbers on it.
