Hey guys, I'm a p/t fireman, and my mother gave me a Saint Florian pendant necklace for graduating the academy. Well he's been around neck everywhere I go, I never take him off. Well I notice the piece that holds it to the necklace was weak and last night at the movie I heard him fell and we looked for at least an hour and didn't find anything, I felt the necklace and he fell off. This morning I woke up and the pendant was in my truck cup holder. I asked my girlfriend and she never found it or put it there. He wasn't there last night. Im not religious much at all but think this was amazing. I've always valued that necklace so now I put him in front of Firefighter 1 certificate so he don't fall off again. Has anyone had an experience like this? Or maybe my girl did put him there and says she didn't?

Have I experienced something that I didn't have a reasonable explanation for, or at the very least didn't feel comfortable dismissing as pure coincidence?  Sure.  I pretty much leave it at that though, instead of jumping to conclusions as to what was behind it.  I don't expect my personal anecdotes to be evidence of something for other people.  They're still my anecdotes, though.

  2. I once had a necklace that had sentimental value to me.  I was at business meetings in another city when I looked down to find the necklace, chain and all was gone.  I left the motel and went (for the first time ever) to the building where I would be in meetings that day.  The secretary came up to me, handed me my necklace, and said "This was on my desk.  I think it might be yours?"  She didn't know why she thought that - just that she felt it belonged to me.  She didn't know how it got on her desk.  I never went to her desk.  I don't know why or how either - was just glad to have my necklace back.  I agree with Geezah - just means something to me that it found it's way back.
