Don't worry that completely normal. The size of you p***s (flaccid or hard) depends both on blood flow, and temperature. So if it's colder it's likely to be smaller, and if there's less blood flow, it's also likely to be smaller.

You p***s changes size because it (and your testicles) have to be at just the rite temperature all the time to produce sperm.

This is very normal.. It depends on how hot/cold your p***s is, what underwear you are wearing and how high/low it is. Support and temperature can increase or decrease lengthh, width and how hanging your s*****m is.. It can also be said that if you have masturbated it will affect erect and flaccid size of your p***s..

Seems to be normal.  Mine varies by 1/4", on rare occassions by 1/2".  I think it depends on how horny we are.
