sorry for any nasty details here!its the second day of my second period as ive only started last monthi cant do anything without feeling like im peeingthen when i go to the bathroom i have loads of like gloopy bloodand i feel it coming outim not used to periodsi cant walk or stand up properly without it happeninggod knows how some people exercise on their periods!what do i do?how long will this last?also...if you exercise alot when your not on your period, do you have lighter ones?
