ok so i just pulled out my tooth and when ever i feel up were it was i feel realllyyyyyy tiny bump like things there. is it normal???

im just 13..

Do they feel hard, like a tooth?  I agree that it sounds like your adult tooth underneath.  Maybe it will move up through the gum some more pretty quickly, and you can be sure.  Good luck.

Yes that is normal.  It's probably your adult tooth growing in.
