Question about my v****a...... ?

okay, so you know that thing in a v****a that somewhat dangles a bit (inside of it) well i was urinating today, and part of it broke off. like i wiped and saw some think pink in it so i felt around and discovered that the thingy was broken. is this something that i should be worried about? because my stomach started hurting about 15 mins later.
