i have a verizon phone and i have acouple of downloads i bought off their catalogs and such, and i have a few games on my phone that i have to pay for everymonth, and i dont like having to pay like 25 dollars every month so when i go to options on a game it says "erase App." and my question is if i erase it will it stop charging me?

it doesnt say anything about it stopping the charges it just says something like are you sure u want to erase this Application? it doesnt say anything about money or anything

  1. yes, erase the application. if it is erased.. you will not be billed. a girl above me said call verizon. do not call verizon. that is a waste of your time and ours. we cannot unsubscribe or erase games or anything like that. you have to :) so erase it and your good :) but dont call verizon... they'll tell you what i just told you.

  2. Are you sure they aren't just charging you for that once. I used Verizon for 3 years and when you download a game they only charge you once and never again. I'm sure they only charge you once.

  3. i think it varies on the actual phone and where you got the games. i had a friend do that, and it deleted the application AND the charges, but i had a different friend do it and it only deleted the application and she was still charged. i'd call verizon to double check

  4. yeah erase it, as long as they are subscriptions you will stop being charged

  5. Talk to Achmed ..he'll know what to do :P kiddin

  6. I suspect, since phone companies are so money hungry, you have to call them and tell them you don't want it anymore, or they will keep charging. ask them to send you a notice too, verizon I have found doesn't always follow through with things they say they are doing over the phone
