White, when I put it on it makes my hand look really tan.

But don't expect it to make your whole body look tan.

try pastel colors, white, light pink, yellow, seafoam green, lavender, etc

why would you want a nail polish too make you look tanner?

if you have light skin its more beautiful and natural.  I wish i had fair porcelain skin, like Anne Hathaway.  I am a medium olive skin tone, I wish I was a bit lighter so i could wear black or dark red nail-polish.  Be grateful for your skin tone.  So many people do skin resurfacing and use skin lightening creams to make their skin a healthy glow.  

Nail polish wont really help with making your hand tanner, but if you think it would work, try white or hot pink.

Any type of orange. It makes your tan seem more real, and darker. Avoid colors like purple, blue, or pink, which these colors don't look great againest tan skin, but also make you look paler. Like I said, look for oranges, reds, etc.
