Question about news paper..?

ok.. something happened to one of my friends in the early yr of 2000.. and i lost the artical.. and i want it back.. also a obituaries.. i dont want to go to the newpaper place... so is there a way i can find it on the internet?.. thanks for any help!!

You'd have to access the paper's archives. Some newspaper sites. don't allow visitors to their site access to archives that are that old.
