Question about nose piercings.?

Do jobs today mind if u wear a little nose stud? Will they make u take it out? Its not like I have a ring or a huge dot on my nose. I really don't want to lose my piercing because i love it so much, but i dont know the deal with many places. This is my stud

i like it. I dont know if they would make u take it out but WHY. Its really nice

i have the same stud ...

they shouldnt have a problem because its small and cant get caught onto anything
