Question about notaries.?

Question

Besides the bank and the post office (due to the fact that they are closed on Sundays), I am wondering if there are any other places I can get a paper notarized tomorrow. There is a public notary, but I don't think they're at the store all the time (it's a stationary type store). It's for a minor who wishes to get a piercing.

Any help is appreciated.

Can i Certified copies of birth and marriage license?
