My Godson had a tumor removed from the right side of his face, malformed on the jawbone. He had a bone from his hip replace the bone, and has his mouth wired shut. He is 5 years old, and it is hard for his parents to cope with him complaining about eating only liquids. What kinds of foods would you recommend he eats, i.e., yogurt, milkshake, etc. for a kid his age to eat and fill him up. The side of his mouth that he had surgery on is the side that is wired closed, so he can fit small amounts of soft foods in his mouth.
