can you get orange business mobile broadband even if you dont have a business?, because there is two options for orange mobile broadband

This one

http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/mobile_broadband/dongle

for £15 a month and 3gb usage, but on the business site you can get unlimited usage for £25 a month.

http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/yourplan/buildyourplan/data?WT.svl=205

So would a individual be able to take that and say they are a sole trader, because it says

sole traders and partnerships

* where you've lived for the past three years

* your bank details - we'll need these so we can set up a monthly direct debit or to make a single debit or credit card payment for your handset (unless it's free)

limited companies

* your company registration number and address

* your company bank details - we'll need these so we can set up a monthly direct debit or to make a single debit or credit card payment for your handset(s)

Because it says you dont need any company numbers if your a sole trader, so could you say your a sole trader and be able to get it?, because the person thats intrested in it, says that they cant get virgin cable broadband, and dont want to pay £125 for a new bt line.

So would that work?

Thanks!
