  1. Their all opiates. The oxycontin is stronger, it's given to people with severe pain, and/or cancer, and the Herion is an opiate as well.

  2. Percocet contains oxycodone and tylonal (apap).  Oxycodone is oxycodone by itself.  Oxycontint is the name brand time release or oxycodone.

And yes, it is very simular to heroin.

  3. Oxycontin is an extended release of oxycodone. Oxycodone is  the forms of Percocet, Tylox and others, but oxycontin is a pill by itself that contains a much higher dose that is intended to be released over a period of twelve hours versus the six hours, plus the highest dose of oxycodone is 10 mg and Oxycontin can go up to over 80mg. Oxycontin is easily abused by breaking, crushing it or injecting it. Hope that helps!

  4. oxycontin is just oxycodone without the APAP. its also at higher doses meant to be released over time.

it does not convert to heroin in the body. however it IS in the same class of drugs as heroin(opiates) and effects the same part of the brain and will provide painkilling and euphoric effects like heroin.
