Question about paris,france hotel?? easy 10 points..?

hi. i found this hotel in paris called the eiffel seine hotel. & i was thinking getting the superior triple, for 3 people. has anyone ever stayed here? its 3 minutes from the eiffel tower,and near the metro. But i read a lot, but i wanted your opinions. I wanted to know if this is a good area 3 bd Grenelle - 75015 PARIS. I only want informative answers, that actually tell me something!! EASY 10 POINTSS<3

Its a perfectly nice neighborhood just south of the southwest corner of the Champs de Mars and just a few feet from the La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle Metro stop.

My own observation would be that tourists often crave proximity to the Eiffel Tower because that&#039;s the Paris landmark that they&#039;ve heard of.

But the tower is off to one side of Paris and a lot of the great street life and nightlife of Paris is at the center.

Paris is a very compact city so being close to the Eiffel Tower isn&#039;t an advantage nor is being a bit further from the center such a big disadvantage but still, on the whole, I stay in the 4th,5th or 6th arrondissements when I&#039;m in Paris and find that more convenient.

Of course, if you&#039;re going to Paris only for the daytime sights then a hotel in a quiet less lively area may be a benefit.
